Hitters Ball Park has a little league and softball size infield and a full sized left field. Center and right are shallow. After all, it is a hitters ball park.  The bases are 60 feet and pitchers plate 46 feet from home. plate  It has a standard baseball configuration with grass and skinned clay/sand base paths and fielding area.  The mound and batters box area is a high content clay from Childs Ranch in mixed with Diamond Pro, a calcined clay product used on the skinned area of baseball and softball fields to improve drainage and avoid compaction.

The field is great for fungo, fly balls and drills.  The grass is a special mix brought in from Chanshire Farms who supplied Frankin Covey field and other sports complexes. It's cut short for fast safe action. 

The mound is  properly sloped and build with high content clay from Childs Ranch mixed with Diamond Pro, a calcined clay product used to improve drainage, avoid compaction and provide solid safe footing.
